Amy Powell and Barbara Harrison each have more than 30 years developing leaders, with more than 20 of those years as certified executive coaches.

Our Leadership Coaching can take a few different forms:

Individual Executive Coaching


Good leaders becoming great leaders

If you were an athlete with a dream to win gold at the Olympics, would you try to do it alone? No. You’d have a coach, because you’d need their encouragement, focus and skills to help you get there.

You’d want your coach to build on your strengths, identify what’s not working, tell you the truth and help you be your best. Only a few will achieve greatness, and raw talent just isn’t enough. That’s where we come in.

Your executive coach is independent and focused on you. They’ll tell you things your peers and managers won’t, or can’t. They’ll help you identify your strengths, and break through problems and obstacles that could be holding you back from being your best.

They’ll help you to focus, evaluate your progress and remain accountable for your future.

Perhaps most importantly, your coach will focus on helping you to be a conscious leader: a leader who recognizes their impact, their wake, and their opportunity to step up and create a business or workplace that makes a difference to people, to customers, and to the community.

Leadership Team Coaching


Too often, leadership teams don’t operate as teams at all, but as of individuals who meet weekly to present reports on what each member of the team is doing, with little other interaction or shared initiatives.

We believe that the leadership team needs to become the “first team” for each of its members, with strong cohesion, collaboration and action focus.

This can only work if your team has a shared purpose, shared goals, and shared values. We can coach your leadership team to help you work together effectively, with courage, camaraderie, and authenticity. This is not an annual team-building session, but an ongoing process with the men and women who set the tone and direction for everyone in the organization.

Extended Team Group Coaching


If your organization would like to leverage the impact of Executive Coaching, you may want to consider Group Coaching. We can work with groups of 6-12 leaders at the same time, with powerful and effective results.

We can tailor a coaching program to meet your organization’s needs and align with your desired culture. Sessions are typically two hours of highly interactive, action-focused work; they also involve application of principles between sessions, with support from the coach as needed.
