At the Summit, we asked each of you to make three commitments: Actions you would take when you returned to work, to grow the ideas of Conscious Capitalism within your “circle of influence.”

These actions may be personal things (such as a daily mindfulness practice to help you be a more mindful leader) to team actions (such as sharing the ideas of conscious capitalism with your team) to business actions (such as clarifying the higher purpose and values of your business).
